Costa Rica Tourism – Entry Requirements
Travellers are required to fill out an Epidemiological Health Pass Form a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Costa Rica. An individual form must be completed for every person, including minors.
Mandatory proof of vaccination is required.
Travellers are required to present proof of vaccination before checking in to most hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos, shops, museums, art and dance academies, gymnasiums, resorts, and adventure tourism that operate at full capacity.
Mandatory health pass required for public activity. The health pass should be presented as valid proof of vaccination via QR code or printed vaccination certificate.
Travellers must wear masks in public spaces, indoors, and public transportation.
